Next Intent provides our customers with high quality components and sub-assemblies, delivered in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Our machine shop has been configured to handle prototype work, R&D and production machining in small to medium lot sizes. See photos of our high precision, aerospace machine work..

We provide both Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to our customers. We help our customers with GD&T, and the most practical ways to apply it to your drawings, whether we build the part or not.

We service the needs of the  Aerospace, Defense,  Aircraft industries, Spacecraft and National Laboratories.

We are experienced in machining all types of materials including Titanium 6Al-4V & Titanium 10-2-3, Stainless Steels (303, 304, 316, 416 & 17-4 ), Nitronic, Invar, Vimvar, Aluminum, Inconel, Maraging 300 Steel, Hiperco 50,  Bronze & Copper.,  We also have experience machining plastics: PET (Ertalyte), PPS, PBS, Ultem, Acetal (Delrin), UHMW, Turcite, Vespel, PEEK and Nylons.  We have built molds for composite components, along with complete composite products.
