Next Intent provides our customers with high quality components and sub-assemblies, delivered in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Our machine shop has been configured to handle prototype work, R&D and production machining in small to medium lot sizes. We provide both Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to our customers. We help our customers with GD&T, and the most practical ways to apply it to your drawings, whether we build the part or not. We service the needs of the  Aerospace, Defense,  Aircraft industries and a number of National Laboratories.

We are experienced in machining all types of materials including Stainless Steels (303, 304, 316, 416 & 17-4 ), Nitronic, Invar, Vimvar, Aluminum, Titanium 6Al-4V & Titanium 10-2-3, Inconel, Maraging 300 Steel, Hiperco 50,  Bronze & Copper.,  We also have experience machining plastics of all types: PET (Ertalyte), PPS, PBS, Ultem, Acetal (Delrin), UHMW, Turcite, Vespel, PEEK and Nylons.  We have built molds for composite components, along with complete composite products.
