Next Intent has built over 4,000 vibration isolation flexures since 2005. Material range from Titanium 6Al-4V, Titanium 10-2-3 forgings, 15-5PH Stainless Steel, 17-4PH Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Maraging 300 Steel.

Machined from Titanium 6Al-4V. Progressive machined after rough machining and stress relieving. Tolerances held to within .001″ on many features.
