Our machine shop has been configured to handle both prototype work and production machining in small to medium lot sizes. We are experienced in machining all types of materials including Stainless Steels (303, 304, 316, 416 &17-4 ), Nitronic, Invar, Vimvar, Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Bronze, Copper, Macor, PET (Ertalyte), PPS, PBS, Ultem, Acetal (Delrin), UHMW, Turcite, Vespel, PEEK, Celezole, and Nylons to close tolerances (.0002"). All of our machine tools are state-of-the-art 1996 model year or newer, so we can hold tight tolerances and surface finishes to meet your requirements.
